We know a wound that will not close brings questions and exhaustion. We help you understand the process, prepare for your next conversation with the physician, and organize the support around you.

What you can expect

  • A calm conversation about your situation, in Spanish or English
  • Educational guidance in plain language
  • Preparation for talking with your physician and organizing your questions
  • Education about warning signs to report to the treating professional
  • Caregiver support and coordination of available resources
  • Continuity of information between visits and providers

What we need from you

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The municipality where you are located
  • Whether you already have a treating physician or specialist
  • Please do not send photographs, records or sensitive medical information

What we do not do

  • We do not diagnose, prescribe or clinically evaluate
  • We do not replace your physician, treating team or health plan
  • We do not handle emergencies

If you care for someone
